Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of men’s grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, mustache grooming, shaves, and hairstyling using different techniques and tools.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, creating a comfortable environment, and building lasting relationships.
- Stay updated with current hairstyles, trends, and grooming techniques to offer modern and innovative services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barber shop, including sanitation of tools and work areas.
- Manage appointment schedules, handle payments, and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a comprehensive understanding of haircutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers to achieve precise cuts and styles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences.
- Creativity and attention to detail in providing personalized grooming services.
- Knowledge of current trends in men’s grooming and hairstyles.
- Certification from a barber school or relevant training is preferred.
