Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and handling of food.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, estimate food requirements, and monitor inventory levels.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and food safety.

- Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff, as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook or line cook in a similar culinary environment.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is advantageous.
